How to launch
Scan the QR code with your phone or glasses companion app, or paste the link to open Shoptics on your display.
Requires Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses.
See it. Say it. Sorted.
Shoptics is a shopping list built for Meta Ray-Ban Display. When you think of something, press once and say it. You can say several things at once: "two pineapples, six beers and some toilet rolls" becomes 2 × Pineapples, 6 × Beers and Toilet Rolls.
Everything is sorted into aisles automatically: Produce, Dairy & Eggs, Pantry & Dry Goods, Meat & Seafood, Household & Cleaning, Personal Care and Treats. When you reach the shop, your list is grouped the way you walk round.
Tick as you go. Bought items grey out instead of vanishing. Re-shop in one press. Leaky carton or bad date at the till? Select a ticked item to put it back on the list. Can't talk? Type it instead with the built-in keyboard and smart suggestions, then set the quantity on a number pad. Stays out of your way. The display dims after 15 seconds so you can see the shelves, and your music never stops. Tidy finish. When you leave the list, clear everything you've bought with one press. Private by design. No account and no tracking. Your list stays on your glasses and still opens with poor signal in the shop.
Optional: keep an encrypted backup of your list in your own GitHub account so it survives glasses software updates (setup instructions on the app's GitHub page).
