Terms of Service

By accessing or using MetaGlassApps(the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

MetaGlassApps is an unofficial, community catalog of apps, games and experiences for Meta Ray-Ban Display smart glasses. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. “Meta”, “Ray-Ban” and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Some features require signing in. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

When you submit an app, review, or other content, you confirm that:

• You own or have the rights to the content and any media you upload.
• The content is accurate and does not mislead other users.
• The content does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• The linked app does not contain malware, illegal material, or harmful functionality.

You keep ownership of your content. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it within the Service. We review submissions before they are published and may edit, reject or remove any content at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Submit spam, malware, or links that endanger users.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to disrupt, abuse, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Apps listed in the catalog are created and operated by third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, functionality, safety or availability. Launching or using a listed app is at your own risk and may be subject to that developer’s own terms.

The MetaGlassApps name, design and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission, except for content you submitted yourself.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listed apps are safe or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaGlassApps and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any third-party app listed on it.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or remove content, at any time and for any reason, including violations of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
